We offer four Portland-area pick-up options each spring (April/May) and fall (Oct). Your plants will be waiting for you at the location/date you selected at checkout. Each pop-up is hosted in partnership with an inspiring community organization that benefit from the event.

Planting our native plants enhances the habitat in our neighborhoods and builds climate resilience, while proceeds support essential work in your community. Each year, we distribute over 80,000 native plants and give back up to $40,000 to community partners!

Pop-up #1 - Beaverton
Pick-up your plants in Beaverton (Tualatin Hills Nature Park, 15655 SW Millikan Way) on Fri, April 12 or Sat, April 13 to support Friends of Tualatin Hills Nature Park (THNP)! The Friends of THNP engage the local community to support park activities, increase understanding of the environment, organize and perform fundraising, and promote volunteerism to protect and enhance the Tualatin Hills Nature Park. Proceeds from this event will support future park improvements and environmental education programs.
Pick-up your plants on Fri, April 19 or Sat, April 20 in NE Portland (Leaven Community Center, 5431 NE 20th Ave) to support The Wetlands Conservancy (TWC). The Wetlands Conservancy works to conserve and steward Oregon’s wetlands in partnership with communities. In our ideal future, Oregon’s wetlands thrive. They are protected across the state, people understand their function and value, and the benefits of wetlands are equitably shared by all Oregonians. With the proceeds from this event, TWC will be purchasing more native plants for wetlands restoration, specifically species that can be used in indigenous weaving and first foods.
Pick-up your plants in St Johns (St Johns Church, 8044 N Richmond Ave) on Fri, April 26 or Sat, April 27 to benefit the Friends of Baltimore Woods! Friends of Baltimore Woods is a community organization working toward preservation and restoration of the remnant woodland and green space known as Baltimore Woods in St Johns. They aim to secure this greenspace for future generations as a lasting haven for wildlife, to protect local water quality, and to create an outdoor learning environment that reflects our rich natural and cultural history. Proceeds from this event will help them organize volunteer work parties and propagate native plants for the corridor.
Pick-up your plants in outer SE Portland (Leach Botanical Garden, 6704 SE 122nd Ave) on Fri, May 3 or Sat, May 4 to support Leach Botanical Garden. Leach Botanical Garden is an inviting, beautiful greenspace bordering a free-flowing creek where visitors can immerse themselves in the natural world. It is a place for respite, enjoyment, inspiration, and learning where all are welcome. Unique plant collections, a four-season pollinator garden, heritage trees, and an aerial tree walk provide year-round interest. Proceeds from this event will support operations, garden maintenance, and educational programming.

We're a new kind of nursery - offering online sales with several convenient pick-up options each fall and spring. Our goal is to bring native plants to neighborhoods that don't otherwise have access to them, at unbeatable prices. Plus, a portion of all proceeds goes back to the community organizations that host our pick-up events.
